Bonjour, on doit écrire un texte sur une personne de notre choix et la classe doit deviner qui c'est. Voici mon texte:
He was a french man. He was born the 22 novelmber 1890 un Lille. He is a veteran of WW1. During the WW2, he has veen very important for the French, he earned the rank of brigadier general. He rejected the armistice to Nazi Germany of June 1940 right from the outset. He escaped to Britain. The 18 June 1940, he make a speech on BBC to encourage all the resistances.
After the war, he became the first minister in the French provisional Government. He resigned in 1946 because of political conflicts. During the May 1958 crisis, he xas voted as president of France and he created a new constitution founding the fifth republic. He have had a very important role after his election because he (a dû) make hard negociation to liberate the Algeria. During his term, he was very controversy. He was re-elected as President in 1965 and he resigned in 1969 after losing a referendum about decentralization.  
 
I have choice Charles de Gaulle because of his courage. He is for me one of the most important man in modern French history because of the role he has played. French people can thank CDG for what he did because few people (aurait pu) do that.

Je dirais plus "I have chosen"...
