E2201W pour Quake3Arena ? (ou autres FPS's) (j'ai un 150hz CRT) - Ecran - Hardware - Périphériques

Bonjour!
First of all excuse me if i post in english but my french is very choppy and i don't want to annoy anyone who comes to read:(
Hope someone will be willing to answer and hopefully my thread won't get deleted..

Ok so here it is..

I want to change my 21" Samsung CRT (hopefully S tube:)p[joke]) for a 22" Iiyama E2201W (which almost anyone who did a little digging knows that so far this is best choice for [fastpaced] Gaming).
The reason i am concerned is that i play on my CRT @ 150Hz and the LCDs cant go 'faster' than 60Hz
I also know that 60Hz on LCDs aren't as bothering/the same as 60Hz on CRTs..

So what I am asking for is a professional opinion on wether the difference from playing a fastpaced first person shooter as Quake3 (or other FPS @ 91 to 125 GPU frames per second) on a 150Hz CRT can be bothering when switching to an LCD (E2201W)..
Merci.. Je m'excuse une fois trop pour avoir ecrir en englais:)..I ask thee Latin blooded folks that my Latin blooded post doesn't get deleted plz:)
Merci encore une fois

The EE2201W is actually the best LCD for a gamer, better than a 226BW.

[Sorry for my english]

Merci:hello:  Your english is not bad..

Hi,

Not "proffesionistes" but "professionnels" It's better.

Don't care about Hz on LCD sreen, this point is not important with the LCD technology. All LCDs run about 60 or 75Hz.

The most important points are :
- Reactivity (must be less than 5ms)
- Gamut (wilde gamut is the ideal to have all visible colors )
- Colors fidelity (To be sur that the blue or red you see on screen is the good one)

If you are a gamer, the E2201W or samsung 226BW could be a good choise.
After is how many money are you ready to spend in a LCD screen (budget)
