J'ai un ordinateur maxdata avec CPU AMD AThlon 2 GHZ
son problème est le suivant:
losque j'ajoute un carte satellite n'importe quelle marque il n'aura pas de son et quand je l'élimine le son marche très bien .
Vite SVP, des solutions.
j'ai essayé avec plus de 3 cartes satellites qui marchent très bien et le même problème.

C'est un peu dur de repondre avec aussi peu d'éléments.....
Donne au moins l'un des modèles que tu as testé, sous quel O.S ?

L'OS est: XP pro SP2
les modèles sont: KWORLD, Pinnacle, DVB.
et en plus j'ai essayé avec une carte son séparée qui marche très bien et le même problème

2 . How come my computer TV card have picture but there is no sound, what should I do?

Please confirm inside packing box includes the sound source line that must connect to your computer soundcard audio IN, another line connect to your TV card Audio OUT, make sure the connection hole is connect correctly.

Because Television sound is from TV card or from TV Box audio out, output on to your computer soundcard, once process from soundcard then output to computer speaker so after connecting the sound source line enclose in the packaging, watching TV and making video recording will then able to have sounds.

Therefore please connect straight into computer speaker then connect to TV card or on TV box audio out. If there is sound, it represent there is no faulty.
If you follow the above connection procedure and still unable to hear any sound.
Please refer to five possible causes of problem:
1. Sound source line not connects correctly, please refer the hardware setup manual for sound source connection method, and please make sure the speaker power and volume is turn on.
2. Maybe is in the PVR-PLUS software option system setup, audio input method not select (Line-In) or (MIC)
3. Your soundcard line-in, and microphone been set sound output or mute, please make sure the computer speaker set to 2 way output, also please make sure again the soundcard Line-In, see if microphone have been set to mute or at low volume level and so on.
4. For some software like Norton Live Update may interfere the operation of TV card, please make sure this software is fully close and try again.
5. Maybe is because IRQ caused interference.
