Windows XP familial SP2.
Depuis 2 jours seulement, impossible de faire Windows update.  
L'option n'apparait plus dans le panneau de configuration. Dans l'onglet avancé de la mise à jour automatique, toutes les options sont grisées.  
Manuellement, quand je vais sur le site français de Windows update, j'ai ce message qui m'indique que la mise à jour est impossible depuis le site Microsoft:  
"Windows update a été désactivé par votre administrateur système".  
"Désolé. Les paramètres de stratégie réseau vous empêchent d'utiliser Windows Update pour télécharger et installer des mises à jour sur votre ordinateur.  
[Numéro d'erreur : 0x8DDD0003]  
Or je suis seul à utiliser mon pc et je suis seul chez moi.  
aucun réseau d'entreprise, juste routeur netgear wifi avec carte PCI WIFI.
J'ai un routeur wifi (Netgear dg 834g v2 avec sa carte wifi) qui n'a pas de soucis.  
j'ai de probleme depuis 2 jour seulement (aucun soucis avant)
Je cherche partout, sans trouver comment, en tant qu'administrateur système je pourrais activer Windows update.  
Je suis sur ma session personnelle en tant qu'administrateur. (Pas d'autre cession, sinon le mode sans échec.)  
Pouvez vous m'aider, c'est urgent, je m'arrache les cheveux !!  
(bientôt je serais chauve!)  
Spybot, pestpatrol, ad aware se, panda activ scan online, norton 2004, bazooka, n'ont rien trouvé.  
les mises à jour de définition de virus norton sont refusées.  
Est-ce qu'un port est bloque?  
Ou trouver les options administrateur réseau ?  
Egalement j'ai spywareblaster activé et zonealarm qui me semble corrects.  
Si je désactive tout ca , ca ne change rien.

je viens de tenter cette manip du registre:  
 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE \Microsoft \Windows \CurrentVersion \WindowsUpdate  
Clic droit > Autorisations sur la clé (dossier jaune) WindowsUpdate  
Administrateurs et SYSTEM doivent être Autorisés pour Contrôle total et Lecture.  
ca n'a rien changé  
j'ai tenté les indications de microsoft:  
demarrer executer successivement les ordres suivants:  
REGSVR32 SOFTPUB.DLL  
REGSVR32 INITPKI.DLL  
REGSVR32 MSSIP32.DLL  
puis comme indiqué, je suis retourné a windows update.  
comme avant, le site s'affiche et commence ses recherches.  
cette fois ci, il me redemande d'accepter le control x.  
puis meme echec et meme numéro d'erreur (droit administratifs)  
Error 0x800B0003  
et "Les paramètres de stratégie réseau vous empêchent d'utiliser Windows Update pour télécharger et installer des mises à jour sur votre ordinateur."  
L'utilitaire Microsoft Baseline security analyser 1.2.1 me dit, lui, que tout va bien (tout est à jour).  
quel soft, quelle fausse manip, quel virus a pu me donner ces soucis  
Je reflechi a un conseil de microsoft, mais je ne sais pas en pratique verifier ceci:  
 
If there is a HOSTS (or HOSTS.SAM) file on your system that has an entry for the Windows Update site, then comment out or delete the entry. The IP addresses of the site change constantly so you don't want to have any static IP entries.  
Voici encore un conseil que j'ai trouvé:  
" Navigate to the following key:  
 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer  
 
3. You should see a key called "NoWindowsUpdate".  
 
Check the data value for this key. In order to access the Windows Update site, the data value should be a zero "0". You need to change the value of this key to a zero "0" to allow your PC access to the site. To change the data value, double-click on the key name and set the value to a zero "0".  
 
4. Once the data value has been changed, close the registry editor, reboot your PC and try the Windows Update site again.  
 
If after verifying that the NoWindowsUpdate key is set to a zero "0" and re-booting your PC you are still seeing the Access Denied error on the Windows Update web site, then try these steps:  
 
1. Open the Registry Editor.  
2. Navigate to the following key:  
 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer  
 
3. Select the "NoWindowsUpdate" key and Delete it.  
4. Close the registry editor, reboot your PC and try the site again.  
 
le site est toujours accepté, mais le mise en route de windows update est toujours refusée.  
la clef de registre est restée à 0 comme demandé.(il était à 1 !)

j'ai fait les deux manip en rebootant apres chaque fois: rien de nouveau.
le pack sp2 et norton fonctionnaient trés bien depuis 2 mois ensemble ( compris mise à jour).  
 
j'ai vérifié mes droits administrateurs: comme déja dit, je suis seul chez moi. usage domestique personnel seulement (sauf si piraté !!??)  
dans la configuration de mon touteur wifi Netgear, à parametres sans fil, options sécurité:  
disable séléctionné.  
les autres options sont:  
WEP  
WPA-PSK  
et  
WPA-801.1x  
 
vous connaissez ces parametres ?  
existe il, tout comme Microsoft Baselyne Security analyser , un soft de vérification de sécurité des routeurs wifi internet?  
un analyseur des ports pour savoir si on m'a piraté avec prise a distance?  
toute les options de prise a distance sont décochées (options internet, propriétés diverse) j'ai cherché partout..  
dans les parametres sans fil du routeur netgear, j'ai trois options Point d'accés sans fil:  
1 Activer le point d'accés sans fil  
2 autoriser la diffusion du nom (SSID)  
3 wireless Peer-to-Peer Isolation  
sont cochés: 1 et 2.  
je fait du K++/emu.  
je décoche le 2 (SSID)décocher la case "autoriser la diffusion du nom SSID"
j'ai voulu securiser mon routeur,WEP: impossible ou je ne sais pas le faire.. je génére un code (en 4 fois 10 signes) masi c'est refusé ensuite quand je l'introduit avec l'icone du routeur(sécurité..)
je pense a une chose, importante, déja dite:  
dans demarrer/panneau de configuration/performances et maintenance, il y avait avant, dans la colonne bleue et blanc "voir aussi" de gauche, la ligne "windows update" avec type de fichiers et restaurer le systeme.  
cette ligne de commande windows update a disparu, c'est important: qu'est cequi a enlevé ca ?  
j'ai du faire route arriére.  
et remettre disable dans les options WEp de sécurité du routeur netgear DG834Gv2;  
en effet:  
mon mot initial génére quatre groupes de code, de 10 chiffres et lettres chacun. devant le premier groupe, il y a un point noir de coché,  
puis je valide.  
tout a coup, immédiatement internet est impossible,  
l'icone de la liaison wifi ext barrée de roouge, et en cliquant dessus un message me demande de valider un code de sécurité.  
je me retrouve avec deux lignes:  
le code et en dessous sa confirmation.  
dans tout les cas ca ne marche pas:  
que j'introduise deux fois le groupe avec un point noir(cequi me semblait logique)  
ou deux fois l'ensemble de tout les codes bout a bout  
kif kif pas reconnu !  
qui a un netgear et peux m'aider?  
j'ai eu du mal a ravoir internet: recommencer la liaoson netgear et cocher disable trois fois avant que ca revienne.. j'ai cru ne plus pouvoir revenir ici!  
qu'est ce qui a retiré l'option windows update? doit je aller en mode sans echec, mais rétablir quoi et ou ca?????  
Au demarrage un bruit de mitraillette ( et non pas des bips) sort du hp interne de mon boitier durant les tests de RAM, avant d'avoir le bureau, depuis 4 jours.
Tout cela est il lié?
Carte mére ASUS a7n8x deluxe v2 bios 1007 à jour, tout est a jour, MBSA me dit que tout est a jour. mémoire 1.5 giga corsair certifiée. Athlon 3200.
comment recuperer mes droits réseau administrateur, que faire en mode sans echec? modif registre encore ?
j'ai testé on-line par panda activscan, RAV antivirus, et  norton: rien.
checké a fond avec : pestpatrol, bazooka,adaware se, spybot,norton pro 2004, spyware blaster, : rien de rien, tout est à jour mises a jour, etc.
j'ai cherché manuellement dans les fichiers sensibles classiques de windows: rien de louche.

Ma tentative de résolution de probleme. notez que tout les forums de france et de navarre ne m'ont pas aider, j'ai du agir à l'instinct.
 j'ai débranché mon modem routeur de la prise secteur.
au reboot, l'icone de netgear me dit que je dois prouver qui je suis, en faisant  control+alt+sup et entrée. je change de session, pour revenir a ma propre session (puisque je suis seule a utiliser ce pc, avec une seule session utilisateur) j'ai donc prouvé qui j'étais.
surprise au reboot:
dans le pannseau de config, l'option windows update reviens.
cependant au reboot, j'ai denouveau le bruit bizarre.
si l'option windows update est revenue, meme si le service est autorisé dans le registre comme dans la liste des services démmarés, quand je vais dans service/mise a jour automatiques, les options sont toutes grisées encore , et si je remet le netgear, windows update est encore refusé.
Par intuition, à taton,  je suis aller dans c/documents and settings/moi/userdata
Là j'ai quatre fichier de code (lettres et chiffres)
dans le premier surprise: un fichier document XML nommé windows update.
dans le quatriéme fichier, au autre document XML nommé chat(1).
je commence a improviser.
je détruit le document XML nommé windows update , et je reboot (netgear retiré du secteur)
PLUs AUCUN  bruit bizarre au reboot venant du hp de mon boitier pc!
je me dis que j'avance a grand pas.
mais les options sont encore grisées dans l'onglet de mise a jour automatiques.  
je me dit qu'il est temps de passer en mode sans echec pour agir en tant qu'administrateur.
J'en suis là: en mode sans echec, que je choisisse la session administrateur ou la session  Moi; je ne sais plus par quel bout prendre le probléme ! help!
