voilà depuis 3 jours, j'ai des fenêtres de mon logiciel bitdefender qui me préviennent:
"autoriser vous le processus HKCMD.EXE à se connecter au port 80"
"windows/system32/hkcmd.exe
Comme je ne sais pas ce que c'est, je dis non.
J'ai mis à jour mon antivirus Bitdefender, et j'ai fait un scan intégral de l'ordinateur, je n'ai trouvé aucun virus.
Un collègue m'a dit que c'était le virus Isass.exe
Si c'est le cas, comment je fais pour m'en débarasser?
Est-ce que le fichier windows/system32/hkcmd.exe appartient aux fichiers de l'ordinateur??
ou je le jette à la corbeille?
J'ai fait une recherche sur l'ordinateur pour trouver le fichier "Isass.exe" ( en passant par démarrer puis la commande rechercher) j'ai rien trouve!!
 
Ah oui, autre chose, aujourd'hui j'ai eu quelques plantages de pc, et puis en surfant sur le web j'ai eu quelques lenteurs à afficher les pages, je sais pas si il y a un lien ?

-Le poser dans un dossier spécialement créé pour lui (par exemple:
C:\HijackThis ).
-Le lancer -> "Scan" -> "Save log"
-Récupérer ce log/texte avec le bloc notes.
-Le copier/coller ici, dans une réponse,sans rien faire d'autre.

donc pour le fichier hkcmd.exe je peux le laisser, c'est pas un virus.
Donc je peux être tranquille.
Et le fait qu'aujourd'hui j'ai eu 2, 3 plantages avec le pc, et que j'ai eu quelques lenteurs en surfant sur le web, ca n'a donc aucun rapport?
Ca voudrais pas dire que j'aurai un virus caché?

la lenteur ne vient pas obligatoirement de chez toi ;-) c pas forcement un virus.  
 
si tu est sous IE, essaie de passer sous firefox pour voir si ca fait pareil puis installe spybot et adaware pour verifier que y'a pas de spyware qui ferait mumuse ;-)

[hors topic]avant mon bug de windows j'avait un lien qui me faisait perdre tout l'adsl et le seul moyen de recuperer etait le mode active directory en demarant en f8 et j'avais plus la lenteur
