Qizx/Open: a new open-source Java implementation of the latest XML Query specifications (May 2003 Working Draft).
 
Qizx/Open aims at being a complete, robust and efficient implementation of the current and future specifications.
 
* Conformance level: XQuery Basic with Static Type Checking.  
   - Executes successfully all the W3C use-cases [except STRONG which uses schemas]  
   - The Schema related features (import, validation) will be added the moment the W3C Recommendation is published.  
* Implemented features:  
   - most recent syntax (may 2003)  
   - module import  
   - Static type checking  
   - All language constructs including type-related (typeswitch, cast, treat as).  
   - Extension functions for serial and SAX2 output, JAXP Integration, error handling.  
* Coming soon:
   - Integration in servlets  
   - Binding to Java methods  
 
Si certains d'entre vous ont utilisé le produit Balise, de Berger Levrault (vendu a une autre boite depuis), il avait ete concu et implemente par ce programmeur.
