Depuis 1 semaine que je tente de me connecter avec phpmyadmin.  Je ne sais pourquoi, mais après avoir installé avec succès apache, mysql, php5, je suis prise avec ce problème:

J'ai suivi a la lettre un tas de tutoriaux, ai créé une table en mysql (invite dos).  Je suis débutante en php, mais sais comment fonctionne phpmyadmin, sauf que la je voudrais héberger mon site sur un de mes pc et j'y arrive pas sans phpmyadmin.

Je ne sais que faire pour que cela fonctionne.  Lors d'une autre tentative j'avais pas ce problème, mais en ajoutant mes login et pass cela ne fonctionnait jamais me disant utilisateur et mot de passe incorrect.
 
Lorsque je suis en invite dos, je peux voir root localhost mais je vois aussi root %....
 
Je suis vraiment a bout de ce probleme insoluble.  Ai tout essayé avant de demander mais la.... c'est la totale

t'as essayé l'utilisateur root avec monpass comme mot de passe ?
 
mais normalement, tu n'as pas a aller bidouiller ce fichier, ca amrche tout seul il me semble.
 
Tu es sous quel OS ?

Plusieurs choses à faire pour tester si tout se passe bien :
- essayer de se connecter depuis le client mysql en ligne de commande :

Si on se connecte, le login/password est bon => on a un pb côté phpmyadmin
- essayer de faire une authnetification via http et non via config => cela force à se connecter en intéractif plutôt que de mettre en dur login et password => parfois ca aide à voir plus clair sur ce qui ne va pas

Bonjour Couak, je me suis connectée sans aucune problème depuis le client mysql.  Alors le problème est vraiment phpmyadmin.  J'ai changé config pour http et rien a faire, j'ai encore ce même message d'erreur.
