Voilà mon pbl : j'ai donc une carte mere K7N2 Delta et un proc 2400 + mais ce dernier n'est pas reconnu en tant que tel puisque ma carte mere et mon PC me l'affiche comme un 1800 +. Je suis donc à 1,5GHZ au lieu des 2GHZ comme je l'étais avant avec le 2400+.  
 
Pourquoi mon proc est désormais reconnu comme un athlon xp 1800+ ? Que puis je faire?

les detections automatiques des frequences de proc sur les amd ne marchent pas biens...
 
il faut configurer manuellement le fsb (ou cpu clock) ca doit etre 166 normalement je pense...

non, pour un 2400+, c'est 133 de fsb.
Et c'est probablement là le probleme, tu dois etre actuellement à 15*100 au lieux de 15*133.
Réctifie le fsb dans le bios et tout ira bien.

Ben justement je suis déjà à 133 de fsb, d'où mon incomprhésension du pbl !

ben teste 166 ^^

Même en 166 rien n'y fait... mais quand je fais un test de mon bios avec un logiciel spécialisé, il me dit que mon FSb ne depasse pas 100, quelque soit la valeur que je lui colle dans le bios...

Flasher mon bios est il une solution ? Sinon que puis-je faire d'autre ?

il y a un jumper près du proc pour passer en fsb supérieur à 100, c'est expliqué sur le manuel

C'est une K7N2 Delta tout simplement. Et rien de ce genre dans le manuel...

dans le manuel, ils appellent ça le jumper fsb (page 2-31 sur le mien)
tu as juste à déplacer le jumper le plus près du proc
ça fait longtemps que tu as le problème?

Je vais essayer ce que tu me dis et je te retiens au courant. Le pbl est survenu apres un arret precoce du PC, il ne voulais pas redemmaré et le BIOS a du etre reseté.

Je n'avais rien de ce genre dans le manuel mais j'ai suivi ton indic et j'ai retrouvé mes 2GHZ !!
