Bonjour,
 
J'ai un problème pour le moins étrange, et étant à court d'idées je m'en remets à vous.
 
 
Description du problème
 
Impossible de charger une page quelque soit l'URL avec mon navigateur favori : Google Chrome.
Mais tout marche très bien avec IE et FireFox.
 
A chaque tentative j'obtiens ce doux message :

Impossible de charger la page Web sur Google Chrome, car www.google.com n'a pas répondu à temps. Il est possible que le site soit bloqué ou que vous rencontriez des problèmes avec votre connexion Internet.
Voici quelques suggestions :

  • Actualisez cette page Web ultérieurement.
  • Vérifiez votre connexion Internet. Redémarrez votre routeur, votre modem ou tout autre périphérique réseau que vous utilisez.
  • Ajoutez Google Chrome aux programmes autorisés dans les paramètres de votre pare-feu ou de votre antivirus. S'il est déjà autorisé, supprimez-le de la liste des programmes autorisés et ajoutez-le à nouveau.
  • Si vous utilisez un serveur proxy, vérifiez les paramètres associés ou assurez-vous que le serveur fonctionne auprès de votre administrateur réseau. Si vous ne pensez pas devoir utiliser de serveur proxy, réglez vos paramètres de proxy : [*]Accédez au menu Chrome > Paramètres > Afficher les paramètres avancés… > Modifier les paramètres du proxy... > Paramètres réseau , puis décochez l'option "Utiliser un serveur proxy pour votre réseau local"..

Erreur 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT) : Le délai imparti à l'opération est dépassé.


 
J'ai fouillé un peu plus loin et j'ai été chercher les log de débug (dans le poste suivant).
 
 
Déclenchement
 
J'ai ce problème depuis hier soir, il est apparu juste après que j'ai installé un logiciel de VPN. J'ai tout de suite pensé que ca avait un lien, mais le support du logiciel en question m'a assuré que c'est la premier fois qu'il entend parler de ce genre de problème et qu'il n'y a aucune raison que ca affecte Chrome, car le soft travail niveau du réseau et pas des applications.
 
 
Ce que j'ai essayé
 

  • Déconnecter / Fermer / Désinstaller l'application de mon VPN.
  • Réinstaller Google Chrome / Vider le cache / Supprimer tout les plugins.
  • Redémarrer mon PC.
  • Désactiver mon par-feu Windows.
  • Me taper la tête sur mon claver.


Aucun changement dans tout les cas.
 
 
J'écoute attentivement vos suggestions !

ta utilisé C Cleaner pour nettoyer avant de réinstaller google chrome?

Perso, j'ai abandonné Chrome pour retourner sous Firefox qui est pour moi plus stable à long terme mais bonne chance pour résoudre ton problème.

Tu es allé voir dans les paramètres proxy? et tu mets en automatique si ce n'est pas fait

Sache qu'il est fréquent que les vpn posent de sérieux problèmes s'ils ne sont pas configurés correctement

+1, vu les logs ça semble indiquer un problème de configuration de proxy (PAC = Proxy Auto Config)
 
Même si tui réinstalles Chrome, il me semble que le profil utilisateur reste avec tous les paramètres.
 
Par contre t'as mis ton topic dans la mauvaise catégorie, ça n'a rien à voir avec un pb hardware...
