(un témoin qui passait par la a vu de la fumée s'échapper de la maison, le feu se propagait rapidement. Therefore he phoned immediately "firefighter". There was lot of wind. Consequently firefighter found difficulty to stop fire.Detective Mr GONG is in charge of the investigation.
(Il était chargé de trouver les circonstances exactes et l'incendière responsable)
Lately, person (suspecté d'être l'incendière présumé a été arreté. Il sera condamné) the next week for voluntary homicide.

A witness passing around saw some smoke getting out of the house while the fire was spreading rapidly. Therefore he called immediatly for fire fighters.. Because of the strong wind, firefighters had difficulty stopping the fire. Detective Mr Gong has been put in charge of the investigation. Therefore, he was in charge to determine the exacts circumstance and the guilty person.
Lately, the guilty person has been arrested  and is going to be sentenced for murder
