Yes, the engine is a premium engine with many modernizing upgrades over the original.
 
It comes with a complete gasket set and oil pump, but not water pump or manifolds.
 
Yes, they are in stock, ready to ship. We will require a cylinder head casting number from you as there were two different engines installed into vehicles with that VIN.
