Je vous explique mon probléme, je dois effectuer un déploiement du client OCS Inventory sur tout les postes appartenant au domaine active directory pour ainsi avoir un inventaire de tout les postes, j'ai suivie le tuto a la lettre, j'ai effectuer la création du package avec le compte Administrateur suivie de son mots de passe, j'ai renommé le fichier OCSlogon.exe par Ip_serveur.exe, lors du déploiement de l'agent par GPO, un fichier ocn-ng apparait sur le disque local C: du poste client, mais l'agent n'est toujours pas installé, lorsque j'ouvre le fichier OcsLogon.txt se trouvons dans le dossier ocn-ng, je trouve une serie de teste, suivie d'un message "FAILED to install service. try classic process...", aprés plusieurs tentative de déploiement, toujours rien, j'ai donc essayé de me connecter en Administrateur sur le poste client, et la surprise, l'agent OCS s'installe, j'en déduit donc que c'est un probleme de droit, je mon remet a vous, pour avoir un peu plus de solution afin d'installer l'agent sur tout les postes clients sont passer par le compte administrateur, mon but est de déploié l'agent et non de faire du poste par poste.

Tu as créé une GPO ordinateur ?

J'ai créé une GPO Utilisateur, j'ai essayé avec Ordinateur mais le fichier ocs-ng comportant l'agent n'y etait pas, avec la GPO Utilisateur "script au demarrage" le fichier ocs-ng apparait sur le poste client avec l'agent ocsagent.exe, mais il ne s'installe pas, il faut se connecter en administrateur sur le poste client pour qu'il s'installe.

Normalement pour installer un logiciel il faut une GPO ordinateur, le logiciel s'installe avant l'ouverture de session avec les droits d'un compte Système (vagues souvenirs).

Merci pour ta réponse, mais je comfirme que l'agent peut-etre installer grace a une GPO utilisateur, j'ai fais le test avec une GPO ordinateur, mais sa n'a rien donner, je pense plus que c'est un probleme de droits etant donné qu'avec un compte admin, la GPO fonctionne parfaitement, en effet j'ai crée un compte admin sur active directory, se compte appartient a la meme unité d'organisation que tout les autres comptes, a l'ouverture de session avec se compte admin, l'agent OCS s'installe parfaitement, en revanche, sur un utilisateur " sans pouvoir", le service ne s'installe pas. Tu as donné la réponse :

C'est normal, c'est la base dans windows, seul un compte admin peut installer des softs.
 
C'est pourquoi tuxerman12 t'a conseillé de deployer avec une gpo ordinateur puisque dans ce cas c'est le compte system qui a tous les droits sur la machine qui installera l'appli ...

Je viens de crée une gpo ordinateur, sa ne marche toujours pas, il ne crée meme pas le dossier ocs-ng sur le disque c: contrairement a la gpo utilisateur.

T'as bien lié la GPO ordinateur à une OU qui contient les comptes ordinateurs ?

Bien sur, preuve que ma GPO marche, lorsque j'ai fais une gpo utilisateur, celle-ci ma crée un dossier ocs-ng, avec la gpo ordinateur, rien ne se crée, ni installé.

Ca répond pas à la question de tuxerman12 (par la même occasion, si tu pouvais éviter de poster en double à chaque fois , efface les messages si tu as parkinson)

Oups je@nb, se n'est pas du tout volontaire le double postage, désolé, pour répondre a tuxerman12, j'ai effectivement bien lié la GPO ordinateur à une UO qui contient les comptes ordinateurs, mon message juste aprés ta question voulai dire que lorsque j'applique des strategie de sécurité, sa marche pour l'ensemble des utilisateurs appartenant a l'uo, donc nul doute que m'a GPO est lié a l'uo. dailleurs, c'est la seule UO existante.

petit UP, aucune idée a se probleme ?

C'est le log avec une gpo user ?
J'ai essayé en environnement de test avec un 2008 et un client 7, une gpo computer marche, même sans mettre d'identifiants admin du domaine à la création du paquage à déployer (install avec le compte system local) , je me demande bien à quoi ils servent d'ailleurs ces identifiants

Salut tuxerman12, effectivement c'est le log avec une GPO User, avec la GPO Ordinateur, je n'ai aucun fichier log ni dossier OCS-NG, bizzar, je me demande meme si se ne serai pas une strategie de sécurité qui empeche l'utilisateur d'installer un logiciel, hummm, ce n'est qu'un suggestion, merci tuxerman12 pour ta participation sur se forum !!!.

Bon se probleme est super bizzar, je vais finalement procéder differement, pouvez vous m'indiquer comment grace a une strategie de sécurité "autorisé tout les utilisateurs du domaine a installer des logiciels".

tu les mets admin local, ya que ça... ou sinon utilisateur avec pourvoir si l'install ne touche pas a la bdr (rare).
sinon tu crees un script auto it pour executer l'install avec le mdp admin local crypté....

le plus propre et le plus perenne c'est d'utiliser un GPO machine, résoud ce probleme là car a l'avenir tu risques de toute facon d'en avoir besoin
