Reseau sous Linux +Windows - Windows & Software

Jai installé MAndrake 7.1 sur un PC et la carte reseau a été reconnue à l'instalation. Les autres PC ont un reseau normal. A l'ouverture de Linux, une erreur eth0 et je ne sais pas comment faire pourr accéder au reseau.
Si quelqu'un à une idée, je suis novice en linux :)  :)

3com Etherlink II isa (3C509b)en plug & play
A l'installation, il l'avait reconnue

tu as installé la package isapnp ?
 
et vérifie que le fichier /etc/isapnp.conf existe ...

bon déjà installe le package isapnp avec le cd de la mandrake ..
 
en root :
 
mount /mnt/cdrom
cd /mnt/cdrom/Mandrake/RPMS
rpm -i isapnp....   (enfin la bonne version quoi !!)
