Dans l'informatique depuis toujours je me vois cependant contraint de faire appel à l'expertise de ce forum car ne parviens pas à résoudre mon problème.
 
Celui-ci est rencontré sur l'ordinateur portable Sony Vaio récent d'un ami (processeur multimedia, 4 Go RAM, Wifi, HDD SATA, Bluetooth et tout ce qui va avec).
Depuis plusieurs mois nous avons constaté des ralentissements à différents moments:
 
1°) Au démarrage de l'ordinateur (Windows 7 Pro)
2°) Au lancement d'Outlook (je parle bien de l'application fournie avec Office, 2007 en l'occurrence)
3°) A différents moment en cours de fonctionnement
 
Pour détailler:
1°) Quand on éteint le PC et qu'on l'allume il faut compter entre 10 et 20 minutes pour qu'il soit pleinement opérationnel.
2°) Outlook est vraiment très long à démarrer (entre 3 et 5 minutes)
3°) A certains moment, j'ai l'impression que le PC "fait ses affaires" en arrière plan mais ne me redonne pas la main. Pourtant il enregistre mes instructions sans les traiter: je clique sur les icônes d'applications ou veut lancer le gestionnaire des taches et rien ne se passe. Puis d'un coup, au bout de plusieurs minutes toutes les applications que j'ai lancées s'ouvrent.
 
Le PC est équipé d'Office 2007 et de Kaspersky Internet Security 2010.
Le support de Kaspersky m'a conseillé de rétrograder en 2010 car la version 2011 précédemment installée était plus gourmande en ressources.
Cependant même en 2010 les mêmes problèmes apparaissent.
 
Voici ce que j'ai d'ores et déjà fait:
Analyse Kaspersky du disque complet : RAS
Analyse par Spybots: RAS (pour info Spybots Search & Destroy n'est pas installé en résident)
 
J'ai lancé d'autres outils (je ne me souviens pas de leur nom) mais toujours sans trouver de problème.
 
Je suis donc prêt à effectuer les opérations que vous m'indiquerez.

Voila un sujet bien détaillé.
 
Voici quelques idées en vrac :

• vérifier l'état "physique" du HDD  
• regarder le % d'occupation sur C:
• voir si le Swap n'est pas gargantuesque (et le supprimer pour test)
• aller faire un tour dans l'Observateur d'événements

Mon 1er test serait de créer un nouvel utilisateur et d'ouvrir un session "vierge" juste pour vérifier que c'est pas ta session qui est "flinguée"
 
Ensuite, je commencerai par supprimer (ou inhiber) quelques softs (antivirus et cie, iTunes)
Puis après le démarrage et avant de lancer quoi que ce soit, je lancerai le gestionnaire des taches pour voir :
 - les process lancés (et par qui)
 - les services démarrés (et ceux qui en erreur)
 - le moniteur de perf pour voir comment le CPU et la RAM réagissent lorsque tu lances Outlook)
