malgré mes tentatives de nettoyage, j'ai toujours cette fenetre web qui s'affiche :
 
amaena.com  avec un message "mozilla security update......virus serwab..."
 
j'ai jamais cliquer dessus pourtant...
 
j'ai fais un hijackthis, ewido, smitfraud ....en mode sans echec mais ça revient toujours de temps en temp qd je surf....si je fais ctrl alt suppr pour fermer la fenetre ; ça les ferme toutes !!!

1/telecharge silent runners http://www.silentrunners.org/Silent%20Runners.vbs
(fait clique droit sur le lien, puis enregistrer la cible sous)
 
2/déconnecte toi du net et ferme toutes les applications en cours.
 
3/lance silent runners laisse le travailler quand il aura finit de scanner tu en sauras averti par un message et un nouveau fichier texte sera crée ouvre ce fichier texte et colle la totalité du rapport.

Je me disais, ce pseudo j'ai deja vu :lD
 
Ton rapport ne revele rien....
 
On va verifier par un scan en ligne:
 
Fais un scan en ligne avec http://webscanner.kaspersky.fr/
 
Sous Démonstration en ligne , on t'explique la marche à suivre , et pour lancer le scan il faut sélectionner Exécuter l'analyse en ligne .Le scan ne marche que sous Internet Explorer.
On va te demander de télécharger un contôle active x, accepte .
Dans le menu Choisissez la cible de l'analyse , sélectionne Poste de travail .
Le scan va commencer.Poste le rapport qui sera généré stp.
 
Si il y a un problème, assure toi que les contrôles active x sont bien configurés dans les options internet comme
 
décrit sur ce lien=> http://www.inoculer.com/activex.php3
 
NOTE: le scan est a faire avec Internet Explorer

je dois scanner tous mes disq ou que celui de windows ? (parce que ça va être long )

Tu veux bien dire que le rapport ne montre rien? Si oui:
 
Télécharge [color=blue]Blacklight[/color] (de F-Secure); clique sur "I ACCEPT" au bas de la page. Sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
 
Double-clique blbeta.exe et accepte la licence; laisse [X]scan through Windows Explorer activé; clique Scan puis Next
 
Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).
 
Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. NE PAS choisir l'option "Rename" de suite : nous devons analyser le rapport, car des fichiers légitimes peuvent être présents, tel wbemtest.exe

c'est fait :toujours rien de détecté : "le rapport est vide" sur mes 2 disk  
 
c'est bizarre qd même non ? et blacklight ne scanne pas mon 2è disk, il ne fait que C:\ .....

bon et maintenant , une petite fenetre saffiche qd je ferme outlook express : pour liberer de lespace disk, outlook peut compresser les fichiers....patati patata ; ok ou annuler
 
mais outlook express est vide !!!!!
 
bon ben j'ai fais ok et ça le fait plus....
 
 
et j'ai fais aussi un scan de spybot et il a viré un cookies de damaena.com !

1/Télécharge http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ Ewido anti-spyware
 
Lance Ewido et clique sur le bouton Update (barre d'outils - au haut). Sous Manual Update clique Start update.
 
Tu verras ceci juste au bas, lorsque la mise à jour sera complétée : "Update successful"
 
Ferme Ewido. Ne pas le lancer tout de suite.
 
 
2/demarre en mode sans echec http://www.sosordi.net/Faq/Faq.2.html
 
 
3/ Du mode Sans Échec, lance Ewido et clique sur le bouton Scanner (de la barre d'outils) et ensuite clique sur Complete System Scan.  Le scan prendra un certain temps, donc sois patient.
 
Ewido affichera une liste des fichiers détectés, sur la gauche. En fin de scan, l'outil appliquera les "Actions" à appliquer automatiquement. Clique sur le bouton Apply all actions. Ewido affichera "All actions have been applied" du côté droit.
 
Clique sur "Save Report", puis "Save Report As". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte. Assure-toi de le sauvegarder dans un endroit sûr (sur ton Bureau, par exemple).
 
 
4/redemarre en mode normal

-Étape 1:
Télécharge eScan Antivirus Toolkit http://www.spywareinfo.dk/download/mwav.exe. Sauvegarde-le sur ton Bureau.
Avant de lancer le programme, il faut le mettre à jour tel qu'indiqué à l'étape 2.
 
Étape 2:
Voici comment mettre l'outil à jour :
 
1.) Double-clique le fichier mwav.exe qui se trouve sur le Bureau; dézippe les fichiers dans le nouveau dossier suggéré (Kaspersky) situé à la racine du lecteur C:\ (C:\Kaspersky.). Le programme va se lancer, et tu dois le quitter (clique sur "Exit" puis "Exit" ).
 
2.) Double-clique sur le Poste de travail, puis double-clique sur le lecteur principal (habituellement C:\), double-clique sur le dossier Kaspersky; ensuite, double-clique sur le fichier kavupd.exe. Tu verras maintenant une fenêtre DOS apparaître, et la mise à jour se complètera en quelques minutes.
 
3.) Lorsque la mise à jour sera complétée, tu verras "Press any key to continue"; tape sur une clé pour continuer.
 
Ne pas lancer le scan tout de suite !
 
 
Étape 3:
Du mode Sans Échec, voici comment utiliser le programme eScan Antivirus Toolkit:
 
1.) Pour lancer "eScan Antivirus Toolkit", trouve le fichier mwavscan.com situé dans le dossier C:\Kaspersky
 
2.) Double-clique sur mwavscan.com; l'interface d'eScan va apparaître à l'écran.
 
3.) Il est très important de bien cocher ces boîtes sous Scan Option : [color=blue]Memory, Registry, Startup Folders, System Folders, Services[/color].
 
4.) Coche la boîte Drive, ce qui donne accès à une nouvelle boîte Drive (bouton rond) juste dessous; coche ce bouton "Drive" (très important..), et tu verras une nouvelle boîte de navigation apparaître à la droite. Clique sur la petite flèche de cette boîte and choisi la lettre de ton disque dur, habituellement C:\.
 
5.) Juste au-dessous, assure-toi que Scan All Files est coché, et non Program Files.
 
6.) Clique sur Scan Clean et laisse le tool vérifier tout le disque dur (ça peut être long..). Lorsque terminé, tu verras Scan Completed. Ne pas quitter tout de suite !
 
7.) Ouvre un nouveau fichier Bloc notes (clique sur "Démarrer" >> "Programmes" >>"Accessoires" >> "Bloc notes" ), puis copie/colle tout le contenu de la fenêtre Virus Log Information (la deuxième, au bas) dans le fichier texte, et sauvegarde le. eScan génère également un rapport complet dans le dossier C:\Kaspersky (nommé mwav.log), mais il est trop lourd pour poster sur le forum.
 
Ferme le programme. Redémarre ton PC en mode Normal. Poste (copie/colle) le rapport que tu as sauvegardé dans ta prochaine réponse.

bon j'ai fait ce que tu mas dis ; il a rien trouvé (ceci dit, ça fait un moment que amaena.com ne s'est pas affiché) à part cette erreur :

Normalement il devrait revenir casiment tout de suite ou dans les heures qui suivent.
 
Tu peux l'avoir chopé en allant sur des sites peur recommandable, ou juste parce que tu n'as pas eu de chance, les raisons peuvent etre multiples.
