Je ne connais pas très bien ce forum mais je pense pouvoir y trouver des spécialistes du Hifi pour m'aider !    
 
J'aimerais lire une compilation (The Japanese/American Noise Treaty) de noise (comme son nom l'indique) sur mon matériel Hifi.
L'ensemble est simple mais tout à fait satisfaisant :
- Platine CD Cambridge azur 340C
- Ampli Cambridge azur 340A
- Enceintes Triangle Titus ES.
 
J'ai toujours eu confiance en mon matériel Seulement cette compilation contient un gros Warning ! à l'intérieur du digipak, avec ce texte :
 
The tracks compiled on this CD are a unique representation of each individual artist's work. Original sound source generation, recording methods, processing and storage media vary greatly from cut to cut. Fluctuant gain structures can be perceived throughout this compilation due to greatly exceeded volume levels one the tapes submitted for assembly.
Attempts to level match volumes for a more coherent listening experience proved to be fruitless. Compression and limiting electronics included a Sontec DRC-200, Manley "variable mu" tube compressor, TC Electronics M5000, Valley Audio VA730 Digital Limiter, and the Sonic Solutions comp/exp med. Analog and Digital EQ by Sontec, Night Technologies EQ3, TC Electronics, and Sonic Solutions also proved inadequate. In spite of this audio processing potential, little effect was noticed utilizing "standard" CD mastering practices. The texture, emotion, and sonic impact of each artist is represented as intended.
The volume levels on this CD are not typical of a mass market audio product. Please exercise extreme caution when auditioning this disc on consumer playback electronic equipment. Release Entertainment, and affiliated manufacturing facilities, hold no responsibility for degradation or destruction of the following:
- Preamplifiers

- Loudspeakers and/or Related Transducer Assemblies

Mon anglais n'est pas parfait, mais tout ce que je comprend met franchement en doute la capacité de mon matériel à supporter ces enregistrements    
 
Qu'en pensez-vous ?
Je pourrais demander à mon revendeur, c'est vrai, mais malheureusement la boutique a déménagé depuis quelques mois !

Pas de soucis , fais juste attention a ne pas pousser le volume , c'est tout.Commence assez bas, et monte doucement, il est meme possible que chaques plages aient des volumes différents.
Donc méf' au volume et c'est bon

Ma question était peut être un peu niaise... Je n'ai aucune connaissance en la matière ni comment cela fonctionne, techniquement parlant, du coup je ne connais pas vraiment les "limites" du matériel, ni "comment" un disque pareil pourrait l'abimer.
