Problème avec formulaire envoi [XML] - XML/XSL - Programmation

Salut tout le monde,  
 
J'ai déniché un formulaire de contact, mais je n'arrive pas à bien configurer le serveur d'envoi, du coup ça envoie nada.
Quelqu'un saurait comment faut faire ?  :D
