Oui, ca sent l'install très très fouareuse.
Question: tu les as configuré tes tools au moins ?
Car _SLAVELDAP_, _BINDDN_, etc... c'est des valeurs bidons par défaut de la conf, tu dois les remplacer par celle de ta config local. Configure les smbldap-tools, et revient après

Vérifie ta conf Samba à coup de 'testparm'
Vérifie que tes groupes sont corrects.
En particulier que tu as bien un group 200.
tu m'as l'air d'avoir faire la moitié de la conf...

Tes problèmes viennent soit de ta config samba :

soit de la config de ton smbldap_conf.pm
Autrement tu peux tester en rajoutant un user avec un ldif+ldapadd bien fait, y a plein de howto avec des exemples

et bien j'ai le regret de t'annoncer que samba n'as pas été compilé avec le support LDAP. enfin je pense
testparm devrais te sortir les mêmes erreur sur les paramètres LDAP si c'est le cas.
quelle version de samba tu as? et quelle distrib?

arf g un probleme avec l'instal de samba...
g fais les manips suivantes :
tar xzf samba-3.0.0.tar.gz
apres g suici ce tuto...
[user@pc tmp]$ cd samba-3.0.0/source/ (moi ct dans home..)
[user@pc source]$ ./configure --with-ldap --with-ldapsam --with-acl-support
[user@pc source]$ su

ben impossible de lancer les daemons samba...

dans ton smb.conf tu met tes options ldap adaptées à ta config:

puis un testparm -v
si c'est pas bon il va gueuler sur les options ldap

dans pam.d la partie ssh, donc si tu te logues par ssh il ne verifiera pas ton compte user dans ldap.
donc logues toi directement sur ton serveur si tu veux faire des tests.

Tu n'as plus de message d'erreur apparemment !
Utilises ldapsearch ou gq (graphique) pour browser ton annuaire ldap et détecter les erreurs
