Pas de son TV, prob avec doc de LEA - Dark Schneider??? [MDK8.2][TV] - Linux et OS Alternatifs

J'ai de la peine à configurer ma carte tv (Hauppauge Win/TV avec bt848). La mandrake 8.2 (kernel 2.4.18) me l'a reconnue mais n'arrive pas à me sortir du son. Sur le site de LEA, c'est marqué d'activer "Low level sound ..." dans le noyau et d'activer le msp3400. j'aimerais bien mais je ne trouve rien y correspondant...
 
ca serait sympa d'avoir un coup de pouce...(et soyez bien explicite, je débute...)

tu as le modules msp3400 ?
 
tentes un "updatedb && locate msp3400.o"
 
ensuite "modprobe msd3400"
 
vais voir si j ai pas une doc la dessus.
 
Il me semble ke DS a exactement la meme carte et la meme distrib , il pourrait t aider au mieux je pense essaie de rajouter "Dark_Schneider" dans ton titre, si il voit il passera pour sûr je pense.

je comprends de moins en moins...
 
direct après l'install de linux, j'avais l'image sous xawtv (mais pas le son), je pouvais mater depuis ma video, mais maintenant, je n'ai plus rien du tout... scantv ne trouve rien. pourtant je n'ai pas l'impression d'avoir tellement tripatouillé de trucs...
 
je nage grave... need help please !!

il faut specifier les parametres qui vont bien pour le chargement du module du tuner et de bttv (dans /etc/modules.conf)

bon pour ton /etc/modules.conf pour bttv il faut juste mettre :

card=1 correspond a ma miropctv mais pour ta carte je crois que c'est card=2
 
D'après ton dmesg ta carte n'est détecté avec juste les deux lignes que je t'ai donné ca devrait allé car j'avais le meme problème que toi

je remarque que :
 
+ ta carte partage son IRQ avec 3 autres trucs
=> mets dans le BIOS : PnP OS = No
 
+ donne l'occupation de tes slots PCI, tu devrais peut être déplacé ta carte TV pour que celle-ci soit tranquille car cela semble géner la détection
 
+ n'oublie pas dans xawtv de préciser l'entrée sur laquelle est branchée la carte TV ( le petit cordon jack qui relie la carte TV à la carte son ).
