lance le dans la concole, il devrait t'afficher des "permissions denied". Dans ce cas passe en root pour voir si ça change quelque chose

pour le son :
tu peux ouvrir un shell en plein écran, faire un "ps aux" et copier/coller le résultat intégrallement lorsque tu as cette erreur ?
regarde aussi si tu n'as pas un de ces processus qui tourne : artsd ou esd
pour la vidéo :
essaye de lancer mplayer avec l'option "-vo xv" ou "-vo x11" sur la ligne de commande

oki, voilà ton erreur pour le son, tu as une carte qui n'est pas full duplex, ça tout le monde l'aura compris, qui est occupée par arts, il faudrait donc :
- soit : killer artsd avant de lancer mplayer
- soit : utiliser arts comme sortie audio sous mplayer (ça se règle dans (clic droit sur la fenêtre vidéo de mplayer) préférences > Audio > tu sélectionnes : "arts - aRts audio output"
bien sûr si tu sélectionnes arts, il ne faut pas le killer avant !
c'est soit la 1ère solution (donc dans mplayer tu laisses ta sortie audio telquelle, soit la 2ème (tu laisses artsd tourner et dans mplayer tu sélectionne arts en sortie)
sinon pour la vidéo, tu as un onglet "vidéo", si tu es sur "xv - X11/Xv" et que ça fonctionne pas, tu essayes "x11 - X11 (XImage/Shm)", pour finir par "xvidix - X11 (VIDIX)" si vraiment aucun des 2 précédents ne passent
redémarre mplayer avant de tester tes modifications

fais ceci : updatedb
une fois revenu au shell : locate wx-config
si wx-config a été trouvé, du genre le résultat de la commande locate te met : /usr/local/bin/wx-config
(c'est un exemple, ça risque d'être différent)
tu tapes : export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/bin
(sans "/" à la fin ! bien sûr c'est l'exemple, si locate te répond /usr/local/lib/wxGTK/bin/wx-config, tu mets : export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/lib/wxGTK/bin)
bon, c'est pas la solution la plus "propre", mais disons que ça te permettra de compiler sans problème (normalement si ce n'est pas un problème de sources)
sinon, si locate ne te répond rien, c'est que wxwindow n'est pas installé, pour cela il faut bien suivre les indications du site de lmule
edit : ne prends pas en compte les réponses de locate qui se situent dans ton répertoire de compilation de wxGTK ;)

oki, donc là on doit avoir l'effet inverse, tu as 2 fois wx-config, ça peut parfois poser problème, mais je pense pas que là ça gène...
donc suivant les indications données, tu fais :
- make distclean (pour "nettoyer" les sources, enfin c'est surtout pour virer les fichiers de config)
- ldconfig (mettre à jour les liens des différentes bibiothèques)
- ./configure --with-wx-config=/usr/bin/wx-config
on spécifie l'emplacement de wx-config lors de la configuration
ça devrait passer

ça n'a pas été inclu dans le Makefile, ou alors celui-ci n'est créé qu'à la fin d'un "configure" correct, c'est pas vitale, c'est juste pour éviter d'enchainer sur des erreurs parfois, mais là le problème n'a pas l'air de se poser
