Locale sous Debian - Installation - Linux et OS Alternatifs

Salut
 
J'ai un problème, j'arrive pas à installer mes locales sous Debian testing.
Si je fais un dpkg-reconfigure locales, ca marche pour root, mais par pour les users, si je reboote, ca marche plus pour personne.
 
Je comprends pas ? :(

y'a quoi dans ton /etc/locale.gen ?
ta variable LANG est bien initialisée dans /etc/environment ?

utilises language-env:
