bon, voila le prob :
j'ai une carte mere abit at7 et donc, pas de port serie ..;
du coup, j'ai un modem 56k usb olitec speed com
iil est detecte par linux, mais n'apparait pas comme modem pour la connexion au net
j'aimerais savoir si il existe un moyen de faire fonctionner un tel modem sous linux

A priori t'es mal baré.
Néanmoins i lexiste un driver pour certains modem USB.

This code is also available as a module ( = code which can be
inserted in and removed from the running kernel whenever you want).
