I have a FOSCAM FI9820W and while the image is pretty good on daylight, it deteriorates quite a bit in low light.  I live in Seattle and my apartment is almost always in low light, not really too dark, but not bright either.
 
I am looking for a wireless cam that will perform well in low light settings.  I need to set up motion detection on it, with the ability to send me an e-mail with a snapshot of whatever caused the motion detection.  Recording a short video clip would be nice as well, but I can live without it.
 
I need to have good image resolution.  On the 9820W low light produces grainy, unclear images.  Plus I have the brightness at maximum, and still the images are kind of dark.
 
Any recommendations ?

The question was not about the 9820W cam, just wanted advice on buying a wireless cam that works well in low light.
