En gros, ca dit d'imprimer le Cosairlien1 en mode paysage et d'indiquer le numero de RMA clairement. Ne pas envoyer de carte SD ou de cle USB dans une enveloppe ordinaire, mais d'utiliser une enveloppe rembourree (genre a bulle) ou une boite. Inclure aussi une copie du courriel dans l'envoie.
Ils conseillent d'utiliser une methode d'expedition qui fournie un numero pour suivre le colis (tracking number).

Bonjour,
Alors voila j'ai acheté une clé USB Coraire il y a pas très longtemps, et la elle ne fonctionne plus.
J'ai donc écris a Corsair en faisant une demande de RMA via ce lien :

J'ai réussi a me débrouiller malgré que je ne comprend pas l'anglais. Ma demande de RMA a été
accepté... J'ai reçu les instructions a suivre Mais le problème c'est quelles sont en anglais et la
je suis totalement Largué...
