bonjou, je viens d'acheter une barette de 1go de DDR400 (pas en bicanal, mais en simple canal).
AUparavant j'vais 2 * 5120 de DDR400 kingston sur uyne Asus K8N deluxe avec un AMD64 3400+.
Jai rajouter la barette 1go sur le DIM 1 et j' ai mi les 2 autres 512 sur le DIM 2 et 3.
seulement je vois au demarrage que la freq DDR est 200 MHZ et non plus 400MHZ?!
pourquoi et comment la mettre a 400?

Donc met ta 1Go sur le 1 et tes 512 sur 3 et 4 deja.

 

Ensuite la frequence devrait tomber a 333 (166 reel) mais n'impactera pas les perf.

 

Ps : si c'est bien un socket 939, en 754 c'est limité a 2 barettes double faces.

Normal pour 166 de FSB, pas pour passer a 100 quand meme, je le sais bien j'ai 4 barettes double face :D

d'après la notice de ma mobo (a8n-sli ) c'est limité en 333 avec 4* single side et en 200 si 4*dualside, mais c'est vrai qu'en manuel y a moyen de revenir a 400 ( je le sais suite a qlq deboires avec mes 4*512 single side )

Oui voila, tu peux forcer la ram a 200Mhz, mais bon entre 166 et 200 il n'y a aucune différence... (en dual channel pas en single comme l'a mis cakos77)

c'est du socket 754 car c'est un 3400+ a socket 754.

tu peut nous donner les infos de CPUZ ?? ( petit soft très utile qui detect tous les composants vitaux du PC  
 
il est possible que la memoire soit naturellement a 333 et que quand tu passe a 3 barrette sa bride a 200, certaines asrock avais ce problème

En 754 c'est limité a 4 faces, donc c'est normal, on ne peut rien y faire, si tu veux tes 200Mhz, revends les 2*512 et achette une 1go.

200Mhz c'est du virtuel on est d'accord, c'est 100Mhz que tu as, et avec 2*1go tu monteras a 200 reel.
 
Sinon met juste 512Mo tu auras 1.5go et la bonne fréquence.
