parfois il se bloque et l'écran devient bleu  
on m'a dit que ça peut venir de ma carte graphique

ça risque pas d'etre la carte graphique tu en as pas.
 après c'est peut être un pb de ram donc fait des memtest sur la ram.
c'est un dell? peut être que c'est l'alim qui déconne aussi.
