1. Context of the mission User Support operator in a technical helpdesk
2. Language requirement Must be able to communicate fluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written)

Objective of the job First line support in a technical helpdesk for internal customers; all communications will be handled in French , Dutch or English Our objective is to solve at least 80 % of the contacts in first level Be able to make quickly a diagnosis, use the knowledge database and restore the service ASAP. Follow strictly the rules and guidelines (incident registration, internal security policies.) The helpdesk operator is responsible and owner for each created incident, finding a solution for the user.
