6. Objective of the job The Technical Designer will be integrated in an existent group. In a first time, he or she will learn business by doing some programming and/or some maintenance with coaching of experimented people. The goal is, after a few weeks to be more autonomous and to be able to take in charge more complex programming, testing and technical problems. He or she has to be able to evolve after some months to a technical leader which means to coordinate, coach and follow up 3 to 4 programmers.
