1. Context of the mission
 
In the context of an important change project, we are actively looking for a Project Manager. Besides usual project management skills and strong focus on delivering results, we are looking for a candidate with past experience in change management and animation of a complex community. In that sense strong interpersonal skills are expected. In that environment empathy is one of the key success factors.
 
2. Language requirement
French/Dutch/English.
 
3. Localisation of the job
Brussels.
 
4. Period mission
Start Date : asap
Duration : 1 year with possible extension.
 
 
5. Required knowledge and experience
- Required level and content of education : University graduate.
- Personal skills
. Mandatory : Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills, Empathy, flexibility, Customer oriented, Persuasion skills, Result oriented, Team player, structured
- Business experience required
. Mandatory : Project Management (5 years desirable), Process improvement
. Preferable : Financial Services Industry knowledge (3-5 years desirable)
- Technical experience required : Project Management methodologies
. Preferable : Technical knowledge - Environment configuration (a bonus).
 
 
6. Objective of the job
Responsibilities - Project Management :
Lead the project
Define and follow roadmap with stakeholders
Define and follow capacity planning
Prepare updates for stakeholders and IS management
Oversee change management and communication activities
Represent the project in appropriate governance bodies and meetings
Lead project leaders of individual projects.
