The United States of America is the world largest CO2 producer. They refused to sign the Kyoto Protocol, arguing it might slow down their economy.
Therefore USA plays an important part in the production of Greenhouse Effect gases, and in the subsequent global warming.
According to many environmental experts, if this phenomenon keeps amplifying, the temperature will increase by 2 degrees in less than 50 years, causing extreme weather changes.
 
 
Possible actions to solve this problem:
 
- 1 Prohibit the use of every thermic engine and all kinds of machinery whose functioning implies Greenhouse Effect gases production. Allot substantial funds to researches about clean energies.
 
- 2 Develop filters and new chemical treatment devices to annihilate the excess of CO2 in the air, in order to let the industry function on the actual pattern.
 
 
Consequences :
 
- 2 Situation in 2015
 
An efficient molecule that neutralizes CO2 in the air has been created around the year 2010 (+- 10%). As the problem of global warming is solved by the massive use of the new air treatment, all limitations concerning gas production are cancelled.
For 3 years, the economy significantly grows. In the meantime, the concentration of other polluting gas that are not annihilated by the molecule constantly increases. In 2013, the level of ozone oversteps the acceptable limit for human health.
Subsequent human life losses reach 200,000 (+- 40%), forcing the government to stop temporarily the most polluting fields of the industry. The economical crisis is then unavoidable.
 
-1 Situation in 2020
 
After a period (5-10 years) of economic recession due to the disappearance of many polluting industries, the research efforts begin to pay off, and growth progressively reaches its former level. New energies and technologies create thousands of jobs, without threatening the environment.

Nowadays, Mexico is widely affected by criminality and delinquency. According to local police, there are more than 15,000 muggings and 3 kidnappings per day.
Social iniquities are the main reasons of this insecurity.
 
1- Develop a social plan to reduce iniquities and unemployment in the country.
2- Reinforce repression, by simplifying justice procedures and giving new rights to the police  (->ONU embargo because of human rights)
1- At the very beginning, the reforms meet great difficulties (upper class protests), but thanks to international assistance, results are satisfying as poverty diminishes.
Consequences on delinquency are significant : crime statistics show a drop of more than 50%
 
 
2- Criminality is almost not affected by new extreme sanctions, except for little law violations. Organized crime even takes advantage of the new context.
Moreover, because of human rights violations created by the new repressive laws, UN sets an embargo against Mexico, forcing the government to abandon the program.

Child labor is caused by a multitude of problems including poverty, forced bondage, the general Indian attitude toward child labor, the irrelevant and often inaccessible education system, and the inefficiency of protective legislation for working children.
 
 
1- Develop a free and obligatory school system, targeting first the most affected regions.
 
2- Impose rules that forbid every form of child labor, specifying fines for companies that don’t respect the law.
 
1- Benefits of the new educational system for the country rapidly show up, but the effects on child labor are limited. Due to the large number of indebted families, many children are still forced to work in factories.
 
2- As soon as the application of the new law begins, many enterprises are prosecuted and the first sentences serve as an example.
Before 2015, child labor completely disappears in India.

 offer all possible support to Palestinians , forcing Israeli forces to retreat from the occupied regions, making sure everything works just fine by moving massive forces of  the United Nations so that the process meets no obstacle.
   OPTION NUMBER TWO:
  Stop international interference in the area, and let the 2 belligerent parts lead their own negotiations.  
 
1- After the retreat of Israeli settlers, all Palestinian terrorist groups accept to stop attacks against Israel.
In spite of extremist Jews minority protest, a Palestinian state is officially established. By 2015, peace process is finally accomplished, and the reconciliation between the two people can start.
 
2- The cycle of violence empowers fear and hatred on both sides, causing the victory of extremist parties in the elections in Israel and Palestine.
Consequently, the peace process and negotiations are suspended, and the armed conflict intensifies, provoking great casualties.
