Je crois que tu na pas le droit de le vendre si tu le l’a pas depuis au moins 3 mois
Édit: sauf s’il n’a pas été acquis par un opérateur

en effet et normalement les iphone X ne doivent même pas être vendu car ils sont en pénurie.
Voilà les règles :
1/ Tout téléphone non vendu en France car trop récent n'est pas autorisé à la revente.
2/ Un téléphone ne pourra faire l'objet d'une transaction avant un délai de 3 mois après sa sortie en France si il est victime d'une pénurie en neuf.
3/ Un téléphone ne pourra faire l'objet d'une transaction si vous ne le possédez pas depuis plus de 3 mois SAUF si il a été acquis sans subvention opérateur.

Le téléphone a été acquis sans subvention opérateur : la facture le prouve.
Il est donc désimlockable.

J’ai acquis mon 8+ via orange et j’ai pu le faire desimlocker sans soucis et sans surcoût au bout de 5 jours.
Super prix, même trop bas je dirais.

je mets en vente mon iphone 8+ 256
noirgris sidéral en état neuf avec un verre trempé posé le premier jour ainsi qu'une coque spigen transparente.Il est évidemment sous garantie et fourni avec sa facture (orange datant du 21/09/2017) mais encore simlocké.
Tous les accessoires sont neufs jamais déballés et la boîte est fournie
La vente se fera en mains propres sur Paris, pas d'échange.
